Operator and acceptance
Rituals is operated by Swathi Raj, an individual developer trading as Sunrise Designs for Life. By using Rituals, you agree to these terms and confirm that you may enter this agreement under the law where you live.
Your account
Your account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account and device secure and for activity performed through your account.
Private circles and respectful use
Use Rituals lawfully and respectfully. Do not upload unlawful or abusive content, impersonate another person, intrude into a circle you do not belong to, interfere with the service, or attempt to bypass its security or capacity limits.
Your content
You retain responsibility for content you submit and confirm that you have permission to share it. You grant the operator a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support Rituals.
Beta availability
Rituals is an evolving beta. Features may change, pause, or stop, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Suspension and deletion
Access may be suspended or ended for abuse, unlawful conduct, security risk, or material violation of these terms. You may permanently delete your account inside the app; deletion cannot be undone.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without limiting consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Questions can be sent to swathirajsunil@gmail.com.
